Your Team Therapy is a registered NDIS provider delivering timely, high-quality, and personalised supports for children, adolescents, and adults. All services are aligned with each participant’s goals and NDIS plan and are delivered in line with NDIS Practice Standards.

CORE Supports

Early Childhood Supports (0-9 years)

  • Family-centred, developmentally informed interventions
    personalised to each child’s strengths, needs, and daily routines

Therapeutic Supports

  • Evidence-based therapy to support goal achievement and functional development
    Registration Group: 0128

Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans (Module 2A)

  • Implement approved Behaviour Support Plans developed by a Specialist Behaviour Support Provider.
  • Use consistent, positive strategies to support behaviour and reduce behaviours of concern.
  • Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks.
  • Monitor and report in line with Behaviour Support Plan requirements and NDIS Behaviour Support Rules.

Structured group programs to develop skills, promote social engagement, and foster community participation
