Industry-leading Contractor Rates
We offer competitive hourly rates, calculated as a percentage of the NDIS Price Guide. As NDIS rates change, your pay adjusts automatically.
Your rate reflects the value of your expertise. The remaining funding contributes to insurance, NDIS registration, administrative systems, and marketing support.
Rates are subject to NDIS Price Guide updates.

Insurance, NDIS Registration and Compliance
Your Team Therapy is a registered NDIS provider and operates in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.
We support you with appropriate insurance coverage, including:
- Professional indemnity
- Public liability
This ensures peace of mind for both practitioners and participants.
Training and Professional Support
You’ll have access to:
- A comprehensive onboarding and training library
- Clear guidance on systems and processes
- Communities of practice for professional connection and collaboration.

Travel, Cancellations and Payments
- Participant cancellations are paid in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits
- Travel is payable only where permitted under the relevant NDIS support item and agreed in advance within the participant’s Service Agreement
- All travel and expenses must be approved, documented and recorded within organisational systems
Marketing, Bookings and Administration
We manage the operational side of service delivery, including:
- Participant enquiries and customer service
- Marketing and referral pathways
- A streamlined appointment booking system
- End-to-end invoicing and billing
This allows you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy services without administrative burden.
